What should I know before I write?
Is there a demo?
The app is the demo. Open it — no account needed — and explore the map, draw drive-time areas and read the free area dashboards. When you want to run an analysis, sign up free with no card and start with 40 credits.
Do you offer Enterprise contracts?
Yes. Terms for larger organisations are agreed case by case, by email: write to info@k-stra.com with a short description of your teams and the work you plan to run.
I was charged by mistake — who do I contact?
Open Support from the account menu in the app, choose “Something was charged by mistake” and give the run id: the team checks the log and returns the credits. A failed run is never charged, and Retry does not charge again; geocoding and imports stopped half way are charged only for the rows processed.
Can I reach K-Stra by phone?
K-Stra answers in writing — by email and from Support in the app — so every answer stays on record and can be forwarded to a colleague.
